• This special proposal is based on B.E.T.S. ability to easily install required audio and video wiring.  

• Closed walls or difficult wire runs may require additional labor and materials and depends on clients project requirements and ultimately final pricing is solely at B.E.T.S. discretion.

• All 110 Volt electrical outlets are to be installed by others.

• Upgrades, and additions available with signed and agreed upon change order.
